The Wellington is a beautiful 3 story building located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. 
For over 55 years, residents have enjoyed beautiful sunrises, walks to nearby Lauderdale-by-the-sea,
and meals at some of the best restaurants the city has to offer.

The architecture of the building is timeless and stunning, featuring pristine geometry.  The building has a total of 51 units, 17 per floor. Each unit is about 1500 square feet, with six larger corner units and nine smaller 1 bedroom units.  The units feature floor to ceiling windows and and a stunning view of the intracoastal canal. It is truly a one-of-a-kind property.
